General Info

Opening & Setting up

The group does not open until 9.30am but we are in the hall from 9am, if you do wish to come in from 9am that is more then welcome but we do hope you are willing to set up the hall & recieved a discounted entrence fee.

Drinks & Biscuit Time

We ask for the children to sit on the mat during this time, or the parent / carer assist you child/ren during this time, we ask for no biscuits of drinks to be taken into the baby section, due to younger children.

Baby Section

Due to smaller & younger babies attending the group we ask if older children could keep the large cars, bikes, push alongs out of this area, we have tried to steal this area of in a way, where parents do not feel separated from the group.

Art & Craft Table

We change this each session we do ask could you assist your child/ren while at the table if there is glue on there & also to make sure they only do one activity.

Toliets & Nappy Changing

We ask parents / carers if they can keep the toliets in a clean manner, we have changing mats in there, but we ask PLEASE DO NOT PUT NAPPYS IN THE BIN, please take them home with you, or there is the main dustbin for the hall in the carpark in which can be used.

Returning Cups

For the children we use the trays, but sometimes the trays are missed & there are cups on the floor, can you please make sure the cup's your children use are either on the trays or back at the hutch. Adults cups, while cleaning the hall we find a number of cups on the window steels, please can all cups be returned to June by 11am.

Packing & Tidying Away

During singing time we ask if you are not sat down with your child singing, could you please start packing toys away.
